Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide using reliable tracked delivery services.

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for standard delivery, or free shipping on orders over $80.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be sent out same day if ordered before 1pm AEDT. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! You can select express delivery at checkout for faster shipping times.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

How do I start an exchange?
Send us an email at thetravellingfanau@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue and a clear photo if possible.

Are your products official merchandise?
Yes! All of our items are officially licensed football merchandise, sourced from trusted suppliers in the UK.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Do you have a physical store?
Not yet - we’re currently online only, but we’re based in Brisbane and ship nationwide. Keep an eye on our Instagram for upcoming market dates. 

Will you be selling any more products?
Yes! We already have the next drop of collections in the works. If there are any products or teams you’d love to see in our store, please let us know!
